Harper 2/23 Jazzy – Tre Breeding
From Ann – Harper Lee is everything I look for in a hunting partner and more. She is always ready for a hunt and never complains about getting up early or how bad the weather is. Harper Lee is a hardworking dog in the field and a playful pup at home. She has the most prey drive out of all the hunting dogs I have trained. Harper Lee has a very loving and loyal personality. She gets along well with other dogs and has never met a stranger. Harper Lee has been easy to train and holds a beautiful point. Last but not least, Harper Lee (unlike her owners) is always up for a friendly game of chase with our 3-year-old grandson, Jackson.
Gaddie 2/23 Jazzy – Tre Breeding
From Steve
As an avid duck hunter, I am very picky about my retrievers, especially since I train them myself. In my opinion, pedigree, a dog’s bloodline, is the first and perhaps most important consideration in choosing a new pup. Beyond the basics of hips, eyes, elbows and EIC, instincts, intelligence, drive, and ability are passed down through bloodline.
Our Tre and Jazzy pup, Gadwall (Gaddie), has everything I expect from a duck dog and more! She is the best retriever I’ve had in the last 15 years. I’ve had 3 others in that timeframe and Gaddie, by far, has the most drive, natural instinct, best nose, eagerness to learn, and obedience, than any I’ve known. She is quick to learn, has a sharp memory, soft mouth, swimming and field stamina and a strong work ethic.
On top of all that, as an extra bonus, she’s my wife’s favorite as well. She’s kind, loving, gentle, sweet, smart and great with the family. What more could you ask for? If you have an opportunity to be the recipient of a Tre and Jazzy pup, don’t hesitate. You’ll be getting a truly magnificent retriever and likely a new best friend!
Reign 2/23 Jazzy – Tre Breeding
I knew Reign was different from most dogs the moment I started working with her. At 4 months of age, it quickly became apparent to me this dog was special. She is extremely intelligent, a quick learner, and demonstrates high prey drive. With her ability to comprehend quickly, and her pleasing desire, she has proven to be an excellent competition dog, having earned two hunting retriever titles before she turned a year old. Reign is an outstanding pointing lab, showing natural ability and a staunch point from a very early age. I can count on her finding and holding point on birds in the upland field. She is also an excellent waterfowl partner, always quiet in the blind, with an uncanny ability to mark birds for a dog less than two years old. In addition to her capabilities as a hunting partner, Reign also has a great off-switch and fits well in our home with our three other dogs. We are blessed to have her as part of the family!

Millie 2/23 Jazzy Tre Breeding
From Tim
We are the lucky owners of Millie Mae, pup of Tre & Jazzy. This has been our first experience with a top tier pedigree dog, and learning the ropes of retrieval training and more and what an experience this has been with Millie. Watching a dog do what they are bred to do is an amazing thing and Millie has made this experience easy and exciting. From the very beginning we knew she was going to be the perfect addition to our family and the perfect hunting dog for us. Her eagerness to learn and her high drive for retrieving have made training her easy. Her natural intelligence and desire to perform well have also played a roll in her upland and waterfowl performance as a hunting partner. Something that was also important to us was personality and temperament (specially with 3 little kids) and Millie has exceeded all of our hopes for what we could have in a hunting dog and a family dog. She truly is one of a kind and forever a part of our family.
